Commercial Employee – Order Management and Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for customers addressing inquiries, orders, and complaints.

• Provide guidance to customers regarding products.

• Process and enter customer orders efficiently.

• Generate quotations as needed.

• Input and maintain master data accurately.

• Manage written correspondence effectively.

• Respond to inbound calls promptly.

• Offer administrative support as required.

• Conduct general office organization and coordination tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successful completion of commercial vocational training and a minimum of three years of professional experience, preferably in a B2B e-commerce or trading environment.

• Proficient in the Dutch language.

• Good command of German and English languages.

• Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus; proficiency in French is particularly desirable.

• Enjoy engaging with customers via phone and virtual platforms.

• Demonstrate a meticulous, proactive, and self-sufficient work ethic.

• Quick learner with strong organizational abilities and a high level of personal accountability.

• Confident in using PCs with solid Microsoft Office skills.

• Possess an open and approachable demeanor with excellent communication abilities.

• Ideally reside near one of the company's offices in Würzburg or Wiesbaden.
