Commercial Education Manager – Surgical Vision

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement commercial training and capability enhancement programs throughout ANZ.

• Improve sales efficiency, customer interaction, and overall business performance.

• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Professional Education, and Commercial Excellence teams to pinpoint capability deficiencies.

• Execute focused learning initiatives.

• Lead coaching and development programs in the field.

• Enhance selling abilities, foster behavioral change, and elevate commercial execution.

• Create onboarding and talent development frameworks.

• Boost new hire success, cultivate capabilities, and support future leadership advancement.

• Work alongside regional and global education teams to adopt best-practice learning programs.

• Provide insights and align ANZ capability strategies with wider business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Extensive sales experience and training capabilities within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.

• Experience in ophthalmology, surgical, or capital equipment fields is highly valued.

• Strong business acumen.

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance, industry regulations, quality systems, and responsible customer engagement practices.

• Experience in creating and executing training and development strategies.

• Deep enthusiasm for training.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders.

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.

• Willingness to undertake regular domestic travel and occasional international travel.

• A valid Driver's License.

• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally, up to 50% of the role.
