Commercial Customer Service and Master Data Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Deliver telephone and written assistance to business clients

• Receive, process, and monitor customer orders

• Assist new clients during the onboarding process for direct billing

• Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to services and procedures

• Collaborate closely with internal teams

• Establish and maintain records for customers, properties, and contracts

• Implement data changes following internal protocols

• Ensure and consistently uphold high data quality standards

• Record daily bank transactions

• Review and allocate incoming payments

• Resolve and follow up on outstanding postings

• Assist with ongoing account reconciliation

• Communicate professionally via telephone and email

• Address inquiries and facilitate the search for solutions

• Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships

• Maintain a high standard of service quality

• Completed commercial training or equivalent professional experience

• Enjoy engaging with customers via phone and in writing

• Possess a structured, precise, and independent work style

• Good IT skills and a keen interest in digital processes

• Excellent command of German, both written and spoken

• Team-oriented and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility

• Ideally, experience in customer service or inside sales

• Ideally, experience in order processing

• Ideally, experience in master data management

• Ideally, experience in accounting or payment processing

• Ideally, experience in a B2B setting
