Commercial Customer Service Analyst, SDR – Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Respond swiftly and compassionately to qualified leads through WhatsApp.

• Provide consultative guidance to leads throughout the sales funnel, focusing on scheduling medical and aesthetic appointments.

• Conduct organized follow-ups with opportunities that did not advance after the initial contact.

• Initiate reactivation (recall) campaigns and seasonal promotions for specific procedures.

• Regularly organize and update the CRM with each opportunity’s history and status.

• Strive to meet individual appointment-setting and conversion goals.

• Strong sales motivation and a target-driven approach.

• Capability to respond to potential patients with remarkable speed.

• Exceptional writing abilities, empathy, active listening skills, and the capacity to establish rapport with diverse groups.

• Previous experience in providing sales support via WhatsApp, managing leads, and utilizing CRM tools is essential.

• Prior professional experience in medical clinics, physician offices, hospitals, aesthetics, or related areas is an advantage.
