📋 Description

• Act as a legal business partner for Wiz’s revenue teams across the EMEA region.

• Effectively summarize and convey legal concepts and risks to business teams.

• Draft, review, negotiate, and oversee a diverse array of legal agreements.

• Provide guidance to colleagues on contract interpretation and negotiation to enhance contract efficiency.

• Grasp customer and internal-client viewpoints to resolve issues and troubleshoot problems.

• Manage substantial workloads, prioritize tasks with internal clients, and deliver results in an efficient manner.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of agreement templates and legal procedures.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and risk tolerance when managing agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be admitted to the bar and in good standing, or otherwise authorized to practice law in Israel, the UK, or at least one European country, with a proven track record as a lawyer.

• A minimum of 4 years of in-house legal experience within a software or technology company.

• Proficient in structuring, drafting, and negotiating a high volume and wide variety of contracts, including SaaS agreements, professional services contracts, partner agreements, and NDAs.

• Excellent communication skills in English AND either French or German, both written and spoken.

• Candidates must possess the legal right to work in the country where the position is located, without requiring visa sponsorship.

• In-depth knowledge of data privacy and hands-on experience dealing with data privacy-related issues during the negotiation of Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) [preferred].

• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems [preferred].

• Capability to work independently as well as thrive as a cooperative team member [preferred].
