This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee SBD's engagement in significant construction projects throughout North America, from pre-construction planning to the project's completion.
• Establish and nurture connections with end users, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Advocate for and implement the value-added products and services offered by SBD.
• Coordinate SBD's contributions throughout various construction phases with internal teams.
• Create and execute engagement plans that align with project milestones and customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance value, optimize processes, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Track project progress and manage budgets within the region.
• Provide updates on SBD's influence and project metrics to leadership.
• Work with internal teams to address issues faced by end users.
• Organize and implement meetings and events of diverse sizes and scopes.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree; Business Management or Engineering is advantageous.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Preferred certifications in OSHA10 and OSHA30.
• Proven experience in construction project management is preferred.
• Ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Capability to drive strategy, influence stakeholders, and develop procedures and protocols.
• Skill in building and aligning teams to strategic plans while ensuring accountability.
• Experience collaborating with internal team members to address end-user issues.
• Background in planning and executing meetings and events of various sizes and scopes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of managing and executing regional budgets.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite, SAP, and smartphone applications.
