This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough investigations, assessments, and resolutions for intricate specialty claims related to commercial casualty losses.

• Assess coverage, liability, and damages accurately.

• Execute in-depth investigations and negotiate claim settlements within authorized limits.

• Examine all facets of advanced auto claims with discretion and autonomy.

• Review and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims as necessary.

• Recognize vehicle body parts and assess potential property damage.

• Identify customer requirements and deliver suitable customer service.

• Assess the potential for subrogation or fraud and determine the appropriate handling procedures.

• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of insurance policies, the insurance sector, and organizational dynamics.

• Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the claims process.

• No supervisory responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing commercial casualty claims.

• Familiarity with attorney-represented bodily injury claims.

• Expertise in investigating auto liability and injury claims.

• Knowledge in conducting complex coverage, liability, and damage evaluations.

• Experience in negotiating and settling moderate to complex injury claims.

• Preferred background in subrogation and fraud identification.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Individuals currently holding an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and are prohibited from holding any outside appointments during their employment.

• Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender that license formally when directed by the licensing team.

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace is required for those working from home.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is essential.
