This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and dedicated Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Engage daily with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales, performance metrics, and outcomes.
• Provide execution-driven insights and thought leadership to highlight sales and program outcomes, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct opportunity analysis, including targeted account identification, distribution gap assessments, display execution and effectiveness, as well as key/BTG account opportunities.
• Relay market-level implications of Strategic Account programming, including distribution successes and challenges.
• Create market-specific tools and offer training and real-time support to field teams.
• Deliver timely ad-hoc analytical support and in-depth analysis for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales discussions.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the wider BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist with planning, program tracking, ROI analysis, execution of launches/resets, and Top-to-Top meetings with distributors and retailers.
• Identify potential enhancements for analytics processes or tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence teams.
• Aid in distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while ensuring the continuity of reporting.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the division.
• Join division sales leaders at key distributor meetings to tackle business challenges.
• Undertake additional related responsibilities as necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights.
• Experience in the alcoholic beverage sector is required.
• Proficient understanding of Power BI and data modeling principles.
• Capability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and deriving insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with various sales levels, from executive to field, to extract audience-targeted insights.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Proven initiative, flexibility, teamwork, maturity under pressure, and adept problem-solving skills.
