This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and dedicated, embedded Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Engage in daily communication and closely collaborate with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales, performance-to-plan, and results.
• Provide execution-focused insights and thought leadership to highlight sales and program outcomes, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead opportunity analysis, which includes targeted account and subset identification, distribution gap analysis, display execution and effectiveness, and key/BTG account opportunities.
• Convey market-level implications of Strategic Account programming, as well as distribution successes and failures.
• Create market-specific tools and offer real-time support and training for field teams utilizing data in selling scenarios.
• Deliver responsive ad-hoc analytics support and conduct division-level deep dives for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist in planning, program tracking and ROI, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Identify opportunities to enhance analytics processes and tools in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Facilitate distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while maintaining reporting continuity.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior leadership.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the division.
• Accompany division sales leaders to key distributor meetings to comprehend and address business challenges.
• Execute additional related duties as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5–10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is required.
• Proficient knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts.
• Capability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and deriving insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with sales levels from executive to field to derive audience-targeted insights.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
