This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and provide dedicated, embedded Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Engage in daily communication and closely collaborate with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales performance, results, and performance-to-plan.
• Provide execution-oriented insights and thought leadership to highlight sales and program outcomes, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct opportunity analysis, which includes identifying targeted accounts and subsets, performing distribution gap analysis, assessing display execution and effectiveness, and uncovering key/BTG account opportunities.
• Recognize and communicate the market-level impacts of Strategic Account programming, as well as distribution victories and setbacks.
• Create market-specific tools and offer real-time support and training for field teams utilizing data in sales situations.
• Provide expanded and responsive ad-hoc analytics support along with division-level in-depth analyses for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the wider BI team on Power BI reporting, tool creation, and solution-oriented approaches.
• Assist in planning, program tracking and ROI, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Identify potential enhancements for analytics processes or tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Support distributor transitions and changes in ERP systems while ensuring consistency in reporting.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior leadership.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the division.
• Join division sales leaders at significant distributor meetings to comprehend and tackle business challenges.
• Undertake additional related duties as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is necessary.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is required.
• Proficient knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts is essential.
• Ability to guide report development and understand DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and deriving insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with sales levels from executive to field to extract insights for specific audiences.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Proven initiative, flexibility, teamwork, maturity under pressure, and the ability to foresee and resolve problems.
