This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and integrated Business Intelligence resource for the designated division.
• Collaborate with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads on sales performance, adherence to plans, and outcomes.
• Provide actionable insights and thought leadership to highlight sales and program outcomes, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct opportunity analysis, which includes identifying targeted accounts, analyzing distribution gaps, evaluating display execution and effectiveness, and exploring key/BTG account opportunities.
• Convey market-level impacts of Strategic Account programming, as well as distribution successes and setbacks.
• Create market-specific tools and offer training and immediate support for field teams utilizing data in selling contexts.
• Deliver timely ad-hoc and division-focused in-depth analytics support for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales presentations.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool creation, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist in planning, program monitoring and ROI analysis, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Identify opportunities to enhance analytics processes and tools in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Aid in distributor transitions and ERP system updates while maintaining reporting consistency.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight reports for senior leadership.
• Advocate for data and analytics during performance and planning discussions throughout the division.
• Attend key distributor meetings alongside division sales leaders to comprehend and tackle business challenges.
• Execute additional related responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is necessary.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is essential.
• Proficient understanding of Power BI and data modeling principles.
• Capability to oversee report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with sales personnel from executives to field teams to derive insights tailored to specific audiences.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate intricate data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
• Proven initiative, adaptability, teamwork, composure under pressure, and problem-solving skills.
