This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and dedicated, embedded Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Maintain daily interactions and close cooperation with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales, performance-to-plan, and outcomes.
• Provide execution-oriented insights and thought leadership to highlight sales and program results, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead opportunity assessments, including targeted account and subset identification, distribution gap analysis, display execution and effectiveness, and key/BTG account prospects.
• Identify and communicate market-level implications of Strategic Account programming, distribution successes, and failures.
• Create market-specific tools and provide real-time support and training for field teams utilizing data in sales scenarios.
• Offer expanded, responsive ad-hoc analytics support and in-depth division-level analyses for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist in planning, program monitoring and ROI, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Identify opportunities to enhance analytics processes or tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while ensuring continuity in reporting.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior leadership.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the division.
• Accompany division sales leaders at significant distributor meetings to gain context and help tackle business challenges.
• Perform additional related tasks as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5–10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is mandatory.
• Proficient understanding of Power BI and data modeling principles.
• Capability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with sales professionals from executive to field levels to derive audience-targeted insights.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Self-motivated individual with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, teamwork, resilience under pressure, and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
