This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the primary contact and dedicated Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
β’ Ensure daily communication and close collaboration with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales, performance metrics, and outcomes.
β’ Provide execution-focused insights and strategic guidance to highlight sales and program outcomes, risks, and opportunities.
β’ Conduct opportunity analysis, which includes identifying targeted accounts and subsets, analyzing distribution gaps, evaluating display execution and effectiveness, and exploring key/BTG account opportunities.
β’ Recognize and articulate the market-level implications of Strategic Account programming, as well as distribution successes and failures.
β’ Create tools and offer market-specific training and real-time assistance for field teams utilizing data in sales scenarios.
β’ Provide responsive ad-hoc analytical support and conduct in-depth analyses for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls at the division level.
β’ Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the wider BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-oriented strategies.
β’ Assist in planning, program tracking, ROI assessment, launch/reset execution, and Top-to-Top meetings with distributors and retailers.
β’ Seek opportunities to enhance analytical processes or tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
β’ Aid in distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while ensuring continuity in reporting.
β’ Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior management.
β’ Promote a data-driven culture within the division.
β’ Attend key distributor meetings alongside division sales leaders to understand and address business challenges.
β’ Carry out additional related responsibilities as needed.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is required.
β’ Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is essential.
β’ Proficiency in Power BI and understanding of data modeling concepts.
β’ Ability to oversee report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
β’ Experience in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
β’ Commercial experience working with various sales levels, from executive to field, to derive insights for the intended audience.
β’ Strong business acumen with the capability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Experience presenting to senior leadership is preferred.
β’ Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
