This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and embedded Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Work collaboratively with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads on sales, performance metrics, and outcomes.
• Provide execution-centered insights, sales results, program outcomes, risks, and opportunities to sales leadership.
• Conduct opportunity analysis, including targeted account identification, distribution gap assessments, display effectiveness, and key/BTG account opportunities.
• Create market-specific tools and offer real-time support and training for field teams.
• Deliver responsive ad-hoc and division-level in-depth analytics support for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the wider BI team on Power BI reporting, tool creation, and strategic solutions.
• Assist in planning, program tracking and ROI, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Enhance analytics processes and tools in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Aid in distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while ensuring reporting consistency.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks.
• Advocate for data and analytics in divisional performance and planning discussions.
• Attend key distributor meetings with division sales leaders to comprehend and tackle business challenges.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights.
• Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is necessary.
• Proficient knowledge of Power BI and data modeling principles.
• Capability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with sales personnel from executive to field levels.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
