This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact and integrated Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Ensure regular communication with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales, performance metrics, and outcomes.
• Provide execution-oriented insights and thought leadership to highlight sales and program performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee opportunity analysis, which includes identifying target accounts, analyzing distribution gaps, assessing display effectiveness, and pinpointing key/BTG account opportunities.
• Convey the market-level implications of Strategic Account programs, distribution successes, and failures.
• Create market-specific tools and offer training and real-time support to field teams.
• Deliver timely ad-hoc analytics and comprehensive support for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the larger BI team on Power BI reporting, tool creation, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist in planning, program tracking and ROI, launching/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Enhance analytics processes and tools in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Aid in distributor transitions and ERP system updates while ensuring the continuity of reporting.
• Convert complex datasets into executive-level presentations and insight reports.
• Advocate for data-driven performance and planning discussions within the division.
• Attend key distributor meetings alongside division sales leaders to comprehend and tackle business challenges.
• Undertake additional related responsibilities as necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5–10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is required.
• Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is essential.
• Proficient understanding of Power BI and data modeling concepts.
• Capability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with sales teams from executive to field levels to derive audience-targeted insights.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Exhibits initiative, adaptability, teamwork, maturity under pressure, and the ability to foresee and solve problems.
