This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary liaison and dedicated Business Intelligence resource for the designated division.
• Engage in daily communication and collaborate closely with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales performance, plans, and outcomes.
• Provide insights focused on execution and thought leadership to sales management.
• Highlight sales and program outcomes, risks, and opportunities to facilitate discussions on performance-to-plan and guide actions.
• Conduct opportunity analysis, including identifying targeted accounts and subsets, performing distribution gap analysis, assessing display execution and effectiveness, and exploring key/BTG account opportunities.
• Assess and communicate the market-level effects of Strategic Account programming, as well as distribution successes and challenges.
• Create market-specific tools and offer real-time support and training for field teams utilizing data in sales scenarios.
• Provide timely ad-hoc analytics support and conduct in-depth division-level analyses for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales engagements.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the wider BI team on Power BI reporting, tool creation, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist with planning, program monitoring and ROI, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Enhance analytics processes and tools in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence teams.
• Aid in distributor transitions and ERP system updates while ensuring consistent reporting.
• Convert complex data sets into presentations and insight decks suitable for executive-level audiences.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the division.
• Participate in key distributor meetings alongside division sales leaders to comprehend and tackle business challenges.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is essential.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is required.
• Proficient knowledge of Power BI and data modeling principles.
• Capability to guide report creation and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with various sales levels, from executives to field personnel, to derive insights for specific audiences.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, teamwork, composure under pressure, and capacity to anticipate and resolve issues.
