This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact and dedicated embedded Business Intelligence support for the assigned division.
• Foster daily communication and collaboration with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads.
• Provide execution-oriented insights and thought leadership to facilitate performance-to-plan discussions and actions.
• Lead opportunity assessments, including identifying targeted accounts, analyzing distribution gaps, evaluating display execution and effectiveness, and exploring key/BTG account opportunities.
• Convey market-level implications of Strategic Account programming, distribution successes, and setbacks.
• Create market-specific tools and offer real-time support and training for field teams.
• Deliver responsive ad-hoc analytics support and comprehensive analysis for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool creation, and solution-driven strategies.
• Assist with planning, program tracking and ROI, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing analytics processes and tools in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system updates while ensuring the continuity of reporting.
• Convert complex data into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior leadership.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the division.
• Attend key distributor meetings alongside division sales leaders to comprehend and tackle business challenges.
• Carry out additional related duties as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is required.
• Proficient knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts.
• Capability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience collaborating with sales professionals from executive to field levels to derive targeted insights.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
