This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and integral Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads.
• Provide execution-oriented insights and thought leadership to enhance performance-to-plan discussions and actions.
• Conduct opportunity analysis, including the identification of targeted accounts, distribution gap analysis, display execution effectiveness, and key/BTG account opportunities.
• Convey the market-level implications of Strategic Account programming, distribution gains, and losses.
• Create tools and deliver market-specific training along with real-time analytics support for field teams.
• Offer responsive ad-hoc and division-level deep-dive analytics for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist in planning, program tracking and ROI, launch/reset execution, as well as distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Enhance analytics processes and tools in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence teams.
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system updates while ensuring continuity in reporting.
• Transform complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insightful decks.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the division.
• Attend key distributor meetings with division sales leaders to understand and tackle business challenges.
• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is required.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is essential.
• Familiarity with Power BI and data modeling concepts is necessary.
• Capability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and extracting insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience in collaborating with sales professionals, from executives to field teams.
• Strong business acumen with an ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, teamwork, maturity under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
