This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and provide dedicated, integrated Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Maintain daily communication and foster close collaboration with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads regarding sales performance, adherence to plans, and outcomes.
• Offer execution-driven insights and thought leadership to highlight sales and program results, risks, and potential opportunities.
• Lead opportunity assessments, which include identifying targeted accounts and subsets, analyzing distribution gaps, evaluating display effectiveness, and recognizing key/BTG account opportunities.
• Identify and relay market-level implications stemming from Strategic Account programming, along with distribution successes and failures.
• Create market-specific tools and provide real-time support and training for field teams utilizing data in sales scenarios.
• Offer responsive ad-hoc analytics assistance, including in-depth division-level analyses for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool creation, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist in planning, program tracking, ROI analysis, launch/reset execution, and Top-to-Top meetings with distributors and retailers.
• Identify opportunities to enhance analytical processes or tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while ensuring continuity in reporting.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior leadership.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the division.
• Attend key distributor meetings alongside division sales leaders to identify and address business challenges.
• Perform additional related tasks as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights is necessary.
• Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is required.
• Proficient knowledge of Power BI and data modeling principles is essential.
• Ability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses.
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and deriving insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data is necessary.
• Commercial experience collaborating with sales teams from executive to field levels to derive audience-targeted insights.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting to senior leadership.
• A self-starter with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, teamwork, maturity under pressure, and the ability to anticipate and solve problems.
