This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and sustain commercial dashboards and performance scorecards across the enterprise.
• Assess sales performance relative to targets, quotas, and strategic goals.
• Provide analysis on performance at the regional, territory, and individual market levels.
• Detect trends, risks, and opportunities that may affect commercial expansion.
• Utilize AI and automation to enhance the analysis of diverse data points.
• Oversee Total Addressable Market analysis and pipeline prioritization.
• Discover growth opportunities through TAM assessments, market penetration analysis, cross-selling and upselling strategies, and margin optimization evaluations.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to focus on high-value opportunities and target accounts.
• Maintain and scrutinize network partner data, including geographic coverage and market intelligence.
• Act as the primary analytics contact for client reporting requests and deliverables.
• Set standards for data definitions, data mapping, reporting methodologies, and governance of user access.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of reports.
• Partner with IT and operations to enhance reporting processes and data quality.
• Assess opportunities for client-facing self-service reporting.
• Assist commercial leaders with performance reporting and business insights.
• Establish and track key performance indicators by line of business.
• Identify adverse trends, volume fluctuations, and market risks that necessitate intervention.
• Analyze operational performance metrics such as turnaround times against goals and across clients.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Provide analytical support for client stewardship meetings and executive business reviews.
• Create data-driven client presentations and growth strategies in collaboration with Client Management and Marketing.
• Produce executive-level reporting packages and presentation materials.
• Serve as the analytics liaison during prospect pitches and client meetings.
• Offer insights into Marketing ROI and spending optimization.
• Develop or manage tools for measuring Marketing activity and outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Strategic Analytics, Healthcare, Managed Care, Workers' Compensation, P&C Insurance, or Professional Services preferred.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Expertise in data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with CRM analytics.
• Strong skills in presentation and executive communication.
• Ability to prioritize stakeholder requests effectively to concentrate on the most valuable activities.
• Proficiency in Python or R is preferred.
• Experience with data warehousing is preferred.
• Background in forecasting and predictive analytics is preferred.
• Knowledge of ETL and data modeling is preferred.
