This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Report to the Director of APAC - Asia Growth Markets
• Collaborate with assigned install-base sites to implement the MRgFUS program and business initiatives, enhance patient throughput, and achieve financial profitability
• Attain yearly objectives for treatment volumes and site revenues, encompassing service and disposables/kits purchases
• Align CAM programs and execute market account development strategies with regional partners
• Act as the primary contact for site account communications
• Formulate growth strategies centered on Essential Tremor and Parkinson’s Disease
• Propel CAM enhancement initiatives and expedite focused ultrasound adoption as a standard of care in Asia Growth Markets
• Enhance patient throughput and treatment numbers through well-defined action plans
• Comprehend unique site workflows and implement strategies for optimal patient care and resource utilization
• Assist with market access projects
• Develop educational programs and organize regular site meetings to promote continuous knowledge of focused ultrasound
• Partner with the Application Team to enhance treating-clinician skillsets and boost patient satisfaction and treatment volumes
• Serve as a central resource for partners and install-base customers
• Evaluate account workflows and suggest enhancements for patient journey improvements
• Build relationships with neurologists, neurosurgeons, radiologists, medtech personnel, nurses, and patient coordinators
• Ensure accuracy in partner weekly reports, treatment forecasts, and install-base status updates for management reporting
• Facilitate clinician skill advancement toward masterclass standards and establish a pool of KOL resources
• Identify enhancements and share recommendations to improve patient care and treatment outcomes
• Support the overall AGH strategic growth pathway and the acceleration to standard of care
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of hospital operations, patient flow, and financial models, focusing on business and operational results
• Collaborate with application, service, distributor, sales, marketing, and reimbursement teams
• A scientific background (BA, MA) is advantageous
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development/account management within the medical device industry – Mandatory
• Experience in the Movement Disorder field is a plus
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to problem-solve and creatively deliver solutions to customers
• Capability to operate independently
• Proficient with Salesforce and adept at extracting data from SFDC to create meaningful reports
• Ability to influence stakeholders and secure a place at the customer table to drive program success
• Excellent communication skills with internal (INSIGHTEC) and external (customers, distributors) stakeholders to articulate vision, unite towards a common goal, and build execution support
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written
• Proficiency in an additional Asian language is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60% of the work time) to customer sites, trade shows, both nationally and internationally
