Collector Inbound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls related to overdue mortgage and/or maintenance accounts, including interactions with third-party servicing and collections, via both phone and mail.

• Execute collection activities in compliance with company policies and Federal regulations.

• Guide owners in understanding the terms and conditions associated with their ownership and contracts.

• Ensure adherence to required phone activity levels, contact rates, and other essential performance metrics.

• Handle correspondence and payments in a legal, ethical, and confidential manner.

• Keep systematic support documentation for owner accounts and request skip tracing when necessary.

• Support collections personnel with daily operations and procedures.

• Complete all assigned company training and compliance programs.

• Follow company standards, policies, and procedures diligently.

• Manage outbound owner communications for less than 30% of work time as needed.

• Carry out additional related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Must fulfill federal and state licensing requirements.

• Availability for a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday between 8am and 7pm.

• Over 6 months of experience in collections or a related field (Customer Service or Sales) is preferred.

• Experience in the Timeshare Industry, Financial Services, or Banking is a plus.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Capability to handle pressure and maintain composure with customers.

• Ability to retain and recall information to provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.

• Strong problem-solving skills.
