Collector II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Manage calls regarding overdue mortgage and/or maintenance accounts, including third-party servicing and collections, through both phone and mail communications.

• Adhere to all State and Federal regulations.

• Provide owners with a clear understanding of the terms and conditions associated with their ownership and contracts.

• Execute all collection activities in compliance with company policies and Federal laws.

• Conduct collection efforts to maintain acceptable delinquency rates as established by financial management.

• Achieve required levels of phone activity, contact rates, and other key performance metrics.

• Responsibly and confidentially manage correspondence and payments received, ensuring legal and ethical standards.

• Keep detailed and organized documentation for owner accounts.

• Request skip tracing as needed.

• Support collections staff with daily tasks and procedures when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.

• Must comply with federal and state licensing requirements.

• Availability for a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday, between 8 am and 10 pm.

• Over six months of experience in collections or a related field (Customer Service or Sales) is preferred.

• Experience with skip tracing is a plus.

• Background in the Timeshare Industry, Financial Services, or Banking is advantageous.

• Eligibility is restricted to all U.S. hourly Team Members not affiliated with a labor organization or subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
