Collections Specialist – Project Based, 3 Months

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the collections process and address client payment issues.

• Safeguard the financial assets of the organization.

• Achieve designated collections quotas and objectives.

• Consistently follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.

• Review documentation and filings as necessary.

• Evaluate credit histories and reports.

• Gather and process information on current and potential customers.

• Manage credit application processing.

• Adhere to relevant organizational and compliance regulations concerning credit and collection procedures.

• Engage with clients daily and offer administrative and research support for collections activities.

• Regularly collaborate with the finance team, clients, and other departments as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of pertinent experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit, billing, or a similar field.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve designated collections quotas and performance objectives.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to professionally manage payment issues and challenging discussions.

• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.

• Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple accounts in a dynamic environment.

• Proactive and responsible, with a commitment to resolving outstanding accounts and meeting collection targets.

• Competence in adhering to established credit, collections, compliance, and documentation protocols.

• Applicants must be equipped with necessary tools (laptop, headset, etc.).

• Availability for the complete 3-month contract duration.

• A background check is required prior to the job offer stage.
