This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Manage and clarify outstanding receivables

• Actively reach out to customers regarding overdue payments (both inbound and outbound)

• Establish installment payment plans and customized payment arrangements

• Record calls, payment commitments, and agreements

• Communicate in a solution-focused manner to resolve payment delinquencies amicably

• Clarify outstanding receivables with customers via phone and email

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Turkey

• Native-level proficiency in German

• Confident and friendly phone demeanor—even in challenging conversations

• Basic computer skills

• Possess a Windows PC or laptop

• Fully equipped home office setup (desk, chair, stable internet connection, and noise-cancelling headset)

• Reliability, motivation, and a strong desire to succeed

• Applicants must provide their own Windows laptop or PC and headset, as the employer does not supply these tools
