Collections Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Make both inbound and outbound calls.

• Collect payments on overdue accounts.

• Deliver exceptional support and service to clients.

• Complete a 10-minute Virtual Introduction after submitting your application.

• Participate in five weeks of mandatory full-time virtual training.

• Available to work weekday shifts from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including required Saturday shifts.

• Utilize multiple software applications/screens concurrently in a home-based call center setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and collections with outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in computer literacy and typing, able to work with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously.

• Experience on the phone in a customer service or call center environment.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must reside within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, TX.

• Must have a designated home workspace that is quiet and free from distractions.

• A wired internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload speeds is necessary; wireless, DSL, and/or satellite internet service providers are not acceptable.

• Full-time mandatory virtual training for 5 weeks, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with 100% attendance required.

• Saturday shifts are required from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

• Verified fluency in Spanish qualifies for a 5% increase in hourly pay.
