Collections Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct both outbound and inbound telephone calls

• Manage collections for accounts that are overdue

• Deliver exceptional support and service to clients

• Complete a 10-minute Virtual Introduction after submitting your application

• Participate in a mandatory five-week virtual training program

• Commit to full-time weekday shifts from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• Be available to work required Saturdays from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service and prior collections, demonstrating outstanding interpersonal skills

• Proficient in both verbal and written communication

• Computer literate with typing proficiency, capable of managing multiple software applications/screens concurrently

• Prior phone experience in a customer service or call center setting

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must reside within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ

• Must have a designated home workspace that is quiet and free from distractions

• Must have a wired internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload; wireless, DSL, or satellite internet providers are not compatible

• Full-time mandatory virtual training for five weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with 100% attendance required
