Collections Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Employ an outbound dialer to conduct collection calls and manage incoming collection inquiries.

• Conduct a thorough review of customer accounts and pose relevant questions to evaluate their payment capability.

• Follow up on missed payment arrangements to ensure payments are secured.

• Negotiate payment amounts and terms with customers to facilitate successful collections.

• Efficiently and effectively manage assigned collection cases.

• Utilize an automated dialer for outbound calls while addressing inbound collection calls.

• Evaluate customers' capacity to pay and negotiate payment plans to recover overdue balances.

• Demonstrated experience in collections or a comparable role.

• Strong persuasive skills along with exceptional negotiation abilities.

• Capability to analyze customer accounts and assess payment capabilities.

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in using collection software and outbound dialing systems.

• Goal-oriented with a robust desire to meet and exceed performance targets.

• Flexibility to work a schedule from 9 am to 5 pm EST.
