Collections Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls and send emails to follow up on pending payments

• Address customer objections and payment delays in a professional manner

• Consistently follow up on payment commitments

• Maintain precise records and outline next steps

• Strive to meet daily and weekly collection goals and KPIs

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in collections is essential

• Strong preference for experience with US customers/accounts

• Excellent verbal and written English skills

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

• Clear, direct, and effective communicator

• Firm, persistent, and professional demeanor

• Strong follow-through and accountability

• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
