Collections Lifecycle Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete overdue customer lifecycle at Baubap.

• Create recovery journeys that span multiple channels and various delinquency stages.

• Formulate messaging strategies, establish tone of voice, and develop customer communication frameworks.

• Design behavioral incentives that promote repayment in a non-coercive manner.

• Develop predictive models and segmentation strategies.

• Craft product experiences that assist customers in achieving financial recovery.

• Create AI-driven workflows and automation systems.

• Set up testing frameworks to enhance recovery performance and improve customer experience continuously.

• Collaborate across departments, including Product, Data Modeling, Engineering, Risk, Brand, and Customer Experience.

• Build and lead a small team of analytical and creative innovators over time.

• Achieve exceptional recovery performance while maintaining customer trust.

• Minimize friction, anxiety, and shame in collections interactions.

• Develop scalable and intelligent systems in lieu of manual operations.

• Assist customers in regaining their financial health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in collections, recovery, or delinquency management within lending or fintech sectors.

• Strong comprehension of collections operations, strategy, and recovery economics.

• Proven experience in designing collections flows, segmentation, and customer treatment strategies.

• Familiarity with predictive modeling, risk indicators, and behavioral analytics.

• Experience with digital channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, email, IVR, and in-app communication.

• Capability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Ability to blend operational discipline with creativity.

• Passion for AI, automation, personalization, and modern communication systems.
