Collections Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Generate and assess NetSuite aging reports on a daily basis to pinpoint accounts needing outreach.

• Reach out to assigned customers who are at least one day overdue via phone and email.

• Conduct follow-ups with customers who have not responded at least once a week.

• Document collection efforts and the status of overdue invoices in NetSuite collection notes.

• Gather additional customer contact details using various websites and Salesforce.

• Analyze aging reports to find overpayments, credits, and journal entries that need application.

• Evaluate accounts for potential small balance write-offs.

• Execute other tasks as assigned.

• Collaborate with both internal and external customers to promote the success of the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, and customer service is required.

• Familiarity with government agency invoices is advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work efficiently under deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with using Copilot for AI applications is a plus.

• Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Granicus information assets.

• Accountable for ensuring data privacy and completing necessary privacy training.
