This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and collaborate with nurse practitioners to ensure the delivery of top-tier care.
• Facilitate and evaluate clinical decision-making processes.
• Regularly perform high-quality patient chart reviews in accordance with state regulations.
• Be accessible for virtual consultations with nurse practitioners.
• Work alongside the clinical and leadership teams to enhance and execute strategies and workflow processes.
• Dedicate approximately 1–2 hours each month.
• Board Certified Psychiatrist, licensed in California is mandatory (IMLC preferred).
• Must hold a current DEA registration.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical guidelines and best practices is essential.
• Background in medical evaluation and medication management, including SSRIs, SNRIs, and related pharmacological treatments.
• Experience in telehealth practices.
• Familiarity with evaluation, management, and diagnostic coding.
• Experience working with prenatal and postpartum families.
• Minimum of 1 year of collaborative psychiatric clinical experience required.
• Ability to make clinical decisions using evidence-based care models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to learn new programs efficiently.
• Flexible working hours.
• Fully remote position.
• Compensation of $1000 per month for supervising up to 4 PMHNPs (1099 contractor rate).
• Compensation of $2000 per month for supervising up to 8 PMHNPs (1099 contractor rate).
