This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver remote clinical supervision to employed Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
• Perform quarterly quality assurance evaluations with each Nurse Practitioner.
• Maintain availability via text/email from Monday to Friday during business hours, ensuring responses within the same business day.
• Review charts and progress notes as mandated by state laws and regulatory authorities.
• Provide additional supervision to Nurse Practitioners based on clinical requirements or practice complexity.
• Complete a one-page Google Document after each monthly supervision session for every collaborating Nurse Practitioner.
• Remain informed about company policies and program guidelines.
• Fulfill annual HR-required training obligations.
• MD/DO in Psychiatry.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license in Texas.
• Active DEA registration in Texas.
• A minimum of 3 years of practice experience, or at least 1 year if board-certified or hospital-based.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising residents or mid-level practitioners.
• Willingness to supervise a minimum of 4 Nurse Practitioners.
• No history of malpractice payouts, licensure disciplinary actions, or criminal/professional investigations in the past 5 years.
• Must possess a compact license, be willing to acquire one, or hold licenses in multiple states.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
