Collaborating Physician, Part time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with one or more Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) to conduct in-home and/or telehealth wellness evaluations on patients assigned by HarmonyCares Medical Group.

• Be accessible through telecommunication or in-person for consultations with APNs regarding inquiries related to patient assessments.

• Consistently carry out annual chart reviews.

• Partner with APNs to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, state regulations, and quality benchmarks.

• Take responsibility for delivering exceptional customer service to both external and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid/unrestricted Medical Physician License.

• Board certified or board eligible is mandatory.

• Completion of residency is necessary.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare management.

• Experience in Risk Adjustment is required.

• Must be a resident of Indiana.

• Should possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
