This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Conduct regular chart assessments and organize monthly meetings.
• Act as a resource for advanced practice providers to guarantee high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on care quality, outcome metrics, procedures, and documentation concerns.
• Foster a cooperative relationship with Nurse Practitioners.
• Report directly to the Associate Director.
• Offer virtual wraparound services to assist patients unable to see their own PCP, including closing care gaps, facilitating timely medication access, and addressing urgent clinical needs.
• Possess a current and unrestricted medical license in one or more of the following states: Louisiana, North Carolina, Mississippi, Kentucky, Missouri, or Indiana.
• If serving as a supervisor in Louisiana, Mississippi, or Indiana, residency in that state is required.
• Graduate from an accredited MD or DO program at an accredited university.
• Hold Board Certification or be Board Eligible.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in telemedicine/telehealth.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collaborating Physician.
• Availability to work approximately 5 hours per month.
• Reliable internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed for remote work.
