This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development and expansion of Homi in London.

• Enhance the problem statement to achieve problem-solution alignment.

• Create and grow the product in collaboration with actual renters.

• Conduct interviews with renters, agents, landlords, developers, and other key stakeholders in London and pertinent cities.

• Continuously test solution concepts, including the existing MVP, via demonstrations, pilots, and user feedback.

• Confirm the business model and assess willingness to pay with real estate stakeholders.

• Design and refine a scalable MVP.

• Generate traction and drive customer acquisition through MVP demos, sign-ups, and onboarding of early adopters.

• Suggest next steps and identify when pivots or modifications are necessary.

• Represent the Homi brand on social media platforms.

• Participate in startup competitions and pitch to investors alongside the venture building team.

• Join collaborative sessions with the Mindsets Ventures team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate, PropTech, or a related sector.

• Experience as an entrepreneur, founder, or in an early-stage startup is advantageous.

• A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership.

• Proven ability to build relationships and establish credibility with real estate stakeholders.

• Capacity to excel in ambiguous, early-stage settings and operate with minimal guidance.

• A genuine interest in the real estate market and the ability to challenge existing assumptions.

• Proficiency in understanding problems from the perspectives of all affected stakeholders.

• Skill in conveying complex ideas clearly and adapting messaging to suit the audience.
