This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Conduct investigations into emerging trends, technologies, and innovative methodologies pertinent to clinical development and patient experiences.
• Assist in market analysis, competitive intelligence gathering, and scouting for solutions.
• Recognize and document business challenges, opportunities, and unmet needs within the realm of clinical development.
• Gather and analyze data from interviews, workshops, surveys, and other sources to produce actionable insights.
• Create and maintain databases, trackers, and repositories of innovative solutions, vendors, and partners.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for discussions and prioritization sessions with leadership.
• Aid in innovation demonstration projects assessing new technologies, operational strategies, and solutions.
• Support project planning, timeline management, milestone tracking, meeting organization, and documentation.
• Engage in cross-functional project meetings and document key decisions, actions, and outcomes.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, reporting, business case development, project updates, and communication materials.
• Identify risks, challenges, and areas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teams across clinical development, data science, digital technology, procurement, legal, finance, communications, and external partners.
• Present findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent program in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical sciences, public health, business, engineering, data science, healthcare innovation, or a related field.
• Strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in healthcare, clinical research, innovation, or technology.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity software.
• Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating within a global cross-functional team.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship for an employment visa at the time of application or in the future.
