Co-Head of ERP Consulting, Housing Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide leadership and professional guidance for a consulting team utilizing the WOWIPORT ERP solution

• Supervise, mentor, and offer consistent feedback to a team of 7–10 ERP consultants

• Encourage independent work and promote individual professional growth

• Plan resource allocation, utilization, and capacity management

• Align methodologies, ensure mutual support, and cultivate shared standards and best practices with fellow Co-Heads

• Maintain quality benchmarks in ERP implementations, customer training, and consulting services

• Further enhance processes in project management, knowledge management, and Customer Success Management throughout the customer lifecycle

• Execute strategic objectives and facilitate organizational changes

• Assume responsibility for a designated area of expertise

• Assist the team with intricate inquiries related to WOWIPORT, ERP software, and housing-industry processes

• Create practical and sustainable solutions for everyday project and consulting tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in professional and disciplinary leadership roles

• Proven track record in employee development and guiding them through transitions

• Extensive background in ERP consulting, software implementation, or ERP system support

• Experience with customer projects, training initiatives, and consulting engagements

• Understanding of the commercial and operational processes within housing companies or property management firms

• Experience in resource allocation, capacity planning, and workforce management

• Methodical, solution-focused management of complex scenarios

• Capability to drive change and collaborate effectively across departments and with various stakeholders

• Strong decision-making abilities coupled with effective delegation skills

• Clear and reliable communication, along with constructive and appreciative feedback discussions

• Willingness to occasionally visit colleagues and clients in person at various locations across Germany
