Cloud Solutions Specialist – Digital Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tunisia.

📋 Description

• Manage the corporate Google Workspace ecosystem, including user accounts, groups, and services.

• Play a key role in the digital transformation strategy.

• Direct the integration and administration of AI tools for process automation and improved business functionalities.

• Collaborate with business partners to maximize value delivery.

• Lead and assist in extensive data migrations and platform integrations.

• Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

• Create and oversee business applications using low-code/no-code platforms.

• Supervise application development, publication, and ongoing maintenance.

• Engage in IT service management committees and related processes.

• Resolve complex IT challenges at an expert level.

• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and take part in internal and external audits.

• Administer user identity, access control, and license management across corporate systems.

• Formulate and implement IAM policies and procedures.

• Proven experience in project management, especially within agile methodologies.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Advanced skills in Google Workspace administration.

• Demonstrated background in a Senior Consultant or Business Automation position.

• Solid understanding of AI concepts and experience in integrating AI tools in a corporate setting.

• Established experience in leading large-scale data migration and system integration initiatives.

• Familiarity with IT compliance frameworks, such as ISO 27001.

• Outstanding problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
