Cloud Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Propel cloud growth and enhance sales execution.

• Spearhead account strategies focused on cloud to increase the adoption of Calix Cloud products throughout the region.

• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success to move opportunities from discovery to closure.

• Convey technical and business value to diverse stakeholder groups, including executives.

• Develop ROI-driven narratives that highlight operational efficiency, automation, and quantifiable results.

• Comprehend customer OSS/BSS environments, integration necessities, data workflows, provisioning systems, and operational frameworks.

• Design solutions that align with customer challenges and business objectives.

• Provide customized demonstrations of Calix Cloud products and their associated analytics tools.

• Assist with RFP responses, conduct technical reviews, and validate solutions.

• Act as a subject matter expert in cloud analytics, operational workflows, service management, and API-driven integrations.

• Educate customer teams on best practices, new features, and cloud-enhanced operational models.

• Work in partnership with Customer Success to ensure that deployments lead to swift value realization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a relevant role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Cloud Consultant, or a comparable position.

• Proven track record of success in hybrid technical and commercial roles.

• Solid grasp of cloud analytics, SaaS platforms, data pipelines, and API integration.

• Experience in broadband, telecommunications, OSS/BSS, or network operations is preferred.

• Capability to translate intricate technical ideas into clear and persuasive business value.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement abilities.
