Cloud Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance for Microsoft Azure Services, encompassing setup, configuration, maintenance, and billing management.

• Provide support for Microsoft Entra identity management and cloud governance initiatives.

• Administer and operate Microsoft Windows Servers efficiently.

• Maintain and support Active Directory Services, including replication, schema management, and troubleshooting tasks.

• Implement and oversee Microsoft Best Security Practices.

• Supervise patching processes and manage configuration effectively.

• Administer Active Directory Forest, Domains, and Forest Trusts.

• Utilize PowerShell and/or Windows scripting to manage Active Directory and perform automation tasks.

• Manage and support DNS services.

• Develop, implement, and oversee Group Policies.

• Assist in troubleshooting Kerberos authentication issues.

• Administer and maintain Certificate Authority services.

• Deploy, administer, and maintain endpoints effectively.

• Provide guidance on information-security related risks.

• Act as an escalation contact for support issues, delivering advanced troubleshooting and resolution.

• Support the planning, design, testing, updating, documentation, implementation, development, and sustainment/fielding for the OCIO team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, Azure Administrator, or similar credentials.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration or a related position.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
