Cloud Services Ops, Associate Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Prioritize issues of varying severity and oversee their resolution or escalation while adhering to established service levels.

• Configure and deploy applications, placing significant emphasis on Linux.

• Handle cases effectively within the ticketing system.

• Foster communication between customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

• Keep managers and the management team informed about ticket statuses as necessary.

• Utilize cloud tools such as Apache, Tomcat, Zabbix, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SALT, SQLDeveloper, Apache Directory Studio, and VMWare.

• Provide support for after-hours configuration changes and participate in scheduled monthly maintenance activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in application configuration and deployment with a strong emphasis on Linux.

• Familiarity with cloud tools including Apache, Tomcat, Zabbix, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SALT, SQLDeveloper, Apache Directory Studio, and VMWare.

• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.

• Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends for after-hours configuration changes and scheduled monthly maintenance activities.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based immigration sponsorship from PTC.
