📋 Description

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and engineers to grasp customer requirements.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud security engineers.

• Perform thorough architectural assessments of significant cloud ecosystems.

• Analyze new cloud deployments to pinpoint architectural vulnerabilities and potential abuse vectors.

• Innovate new methodologies for threat detection and establish security controls.

• Contribute to strategic architectural decisions and the security roadmap.

• Promote high-quality coding standards through code reviews and mentorship.

• Continuously enhance internal practices by staying updated on industry standards.

• Engage with the Prowler community and implement requests driven by customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of extensive experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Cloud Security ecosystems (CSPM, CWPP, CNAPP).

• Demonstrated experience (2-3+ years) in leading engineering or research teams, fostering collaborative development workflows, conducting thorough code reviews, and managing agile security projects.

• Expert-level understanding of CSP APIs, internal services, and intricate permission models (IAM) across at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• A proven capacity to assess any cloud architecture with an adversarial perspective, supported by a solid background in cloud attack methodologies, vulnerability research, and penetration testing.

• Advanced proficiency in Python, with a strong capability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.

• Practical experience with containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with Git, collaborative workflows, Infrastructure as Code, and deployment automation within CI/CD pipelines.

• Skilled at translating complex security threats into actionable business insights for leadership.

• Working proficiency in English is essential.
