This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish and advance the strategy for Cloud Platforms capabilities in alignment with Sector and broader BU objectives.
• Create and uphold client-facing Services and Accelerators, along with reusable supporting materials.
• Provide external thought leadership to enhance the profile of the capability.
• Align capability support with Sector-driven pursuits and sales initiatives.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders, clients, partners, and industry forums.
• Develop the long-term talent and skills strategy for the capability.
• Collaborate with Operational and Talent Acquisition teams on workforce planning.
• Prioritize learning, development, and skill enhancement across the capability.
• Promote professional identity, belonging, engagement, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
• Establish and champion standards, patterns, methodologies, and best practices that enhance delivery quality.
• Adapt services and skills towards an AI-first approach.
• Identify and manage capability risks alongside succession planning.
• Proven experience leading within a technology professional services organization.
• Experience in owning or evolving client-facing services, workforce planning, and driving commercial growth outcomes.
• Expertise in defining and implementing strategy across a technology capability, practice, or service portfolio spanning multiple teams or business units.
• Demonstrated track record of influencing business growth through market engagement, sales support, strategic partnerships, or new service offerings.
• Proven leadership success in creating and evolving strategies that yield results in thought leadership, innovation, talent development, and growth.
• Recognized credibility in the relevant capability specialization, with both technical and commercial expertise.
• Ability to cultivate senior relationships and function as a respected leader internally and externally.
• People-oriented mindset with the capability to shape future vision and strategy while leading implementation efforts.
• Strong decision-making skills that balance inclusivity and collaboration with business results.
• Evidence of innovating or spearheading initiatives that enhance capability, team effectiveness, or performance.
