Cloud Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily cloud operations to guarantee efficient and dependable performance.

• Manage performance benchmarks and ensure they align with the organization's objectives.

• Facilitate coordination among various teams to resolve operational challenges and enhance workflows.

• Address incident escalations, promptly resolving issues to reduce disruptions.

• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and effectively tackle operational challenges.

• Oversee the Cloud Management Platform (CMP) for AOUSC.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree along with 9 years of pertinent experience.

• At least one cloud certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) is required.

• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust.
