Cloud Native Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Set up and provide support for the native integration of MAWM and MAO within the Manhattan Active platform.

• Collaborate with current MAWM production environments and assist with the launch and implementation of MAO.

• Establish necessary native connections, interfaces, services, and integration points between MAWM and MAO.

• Comprehend the complete order, inventory, fulfillment, shipment, and related transaction flows between MAO and MAWM.

• Evaluate the existing MAWM configuration and identify necessary adjustments to facilitate MAO integration.

• Assist in the configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of MAWM–MAO processes.

• Work in partnership with Manhattan product/implementation teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Resolve issues across MAO and MAWM applications while identifying configuration-level solutions.

• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, cutover, and production stabilization.

• Document configurations, integration processes, dependencies, and technical procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WM (MAWM).

• Practical experience with Manhattan Active Omni (MAO).

• Direct experience in configuring the native MAWM ↔ MAO integration is essential.

• Experience in implementing or integrating MAO into an existing live MAWM environment is strongly preferred.

• Solid understanding of the functional and technical architecture of MAWM and MAO.

• Strong grasp of order, inventory, fulfillment, shipment, and warehouse transaction flows.

• Experience in troubleshooting integration and configuration issues between MAWM and MAO.

• Proven experience working with Manhattan Active environments during implementation, testing, and go-live phases.

• MIF experience alone does not fulfill the requirements.

• Candidates must have specifically worked on native MAWM–MAO configuration and integration.

• Those who have only worked on MIF, generic MAWM integrations, external system integrations with MAWM, MAO without MAWM experience, or MAWM without direct MAO integration experience are not eligible.
