This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist and ensure a seamless migration experience for all clients of 11:11.
• Strategically plan, provision, migrate, and enhance customers' cloud-based environments.
• Provide migration services that align with the integrations strategy of 11:11 Systems.
• Assess incoming migration requests and coordinate technical requirements with the team.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for the Cloud Integration team's migration and integration challenges.
• Collaborate and escalate issues with Operations, Infrastructure, Development, and other internal teams.
• Manage project tickets and ticket escalations within your area of responsibility.
• Adhere to best practices in service management.
• Provide exceptional customer service while fostering professional relationships.
• Address and resolve migration-related incidents and issues.
• Work with vendors and escalate tickets to vendor support as necessary.
• Improve team efficiency by taking ownership of new and varied requests.
• Handle company data in accordance with data handling agreements, procedures, and policies.
• Review and comply with company policies, data privacy practices, compliance training, and policy acknowledgments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of recent experience as a hands-on, technical enterprise VMware administrator.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with VMware management tools (vCenter, vCloud Director, VMware Configuration Manager).
• Practical experience managing scalable, highly available, mission-critical virtualized VMware infrastructures.
• Experience in implementing and managing multiple virtual environments.
• Strong understanding of and experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware, OpenStack, AWS, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure services such as BaaS, IaaS, and DRaaS.
• Over 4 years of experience as a technical support representative with extensive hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, high energy, a positive attitude, and a desire for professional growth.
• Must be detail-oriented and goal-driven with demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative abilities.
• Capable of pursuing positive outcomes for assigned tasks independently.
• Must be eligible to work in the assigned country without requiring visa sponsorship.
