Cloud Integrations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and ensure a seamless migration experience for all clients of 11:11.

• Strategize, provision, migrate, and enhance customers' cloud environments.

• Provide migration services that are in line with the integration strategy of 11:11 Systems.

• Assess incoming migration requests and coordinate technical requirements with the team.

• Serve as a technical escalation point to address customer migration and integration issues.

• Collaborate with Operations, Infrastructure, Development, and other internal teams for escalation and support.

• Assume responsibility for project tickets and handle ticket escalations.

• Adhere to service management best practices.

• Provide exceptional customer service while fostering professional relationships.

• Address and resolve migration-related incidents and challenges.

• Work with vendors for support needs and escalate tickets to vendor support when required.

• Improve team efficiency by taking ownership of new and diverse requests.

• Manage company data and information in accordance with data handling agreements, procedures, and policies.

• Review and comply with company policies, data privacy practices, compliance training, and policy acknowledgments.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Report to the Manager of Cloud Integrations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of recent experience as a hands-on technical enterprise VMware administrator.

• Extensive expertise and experience with VMware management tools, including vCenter, vCloud Director, and VMware Configuration Manager.

• Experience in managing scalable, highly available, and mission-critical virtualized VMware infrastructures.

• Proven experience in implementing and managing multiple virtual environments.

• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware, OpenStack, and AWS.

• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure services including BaaS, IaaS, and DRaaS.

• At least 4 years of experience as a technical support representative with significant hands-on troubleshooting experience.

• Exceptional communication skills, high energy, a positive attitude, and a capacity for professional development.

• Detail-oriented and goal-focused, demonstrating technical knowledge and consultative abilities.

• Ability to achieve favorable outcomes for assigned tasks independently.

• Must be eligible to work in the assigned country without requiring visa sponsorship.

• Capable of satisfactorily performing each essential function; reasonable accommodations may be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities.
