Cloud Integrations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist and ensure a seamless migration experience for all 11:11 clients

• Strategize, provision, migrate, and enhance customers’ cloud environments

• Provide migration services that align with 11:11 Systems’ integration strategy

• Manage incoming migration requests and coordinate technical requirements with the team

• Serve as a technical escalation point to address customer migration and integration issues

• Collaborate and escalate issues with Operations, Infrastructure, Development, and other internal teams

• Take charge of project tickets and manage ticket escalations

• Adhere to service-management best practices

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster professional relationships

• Address and resolve migration-related incidents and challenges

• Partner with vendors and escalate tickets to vendor support as necessary

• Enhance team efficiency by proactively managing new requests and identifying opportunities for added value

• Handle company data and information in accordance with data-handling agreements, procedures, and policies

• Comply with company policies, data-privacy practices, annual compliance training, and policy acknowledgments

• Carry out additional duties as assigned


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required

• 4+ years of recent experience as a technical, hands-on enterprise VMware administrator

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience utilizing VMware management tools (vCenter, vCloud Director, VMware Configuration Manager)

• Proven experience managing scalable, highly available mission-critical virtualized VMware infrastructures

• Experience in implementing and overseeing multiple virtual environments

• Strong understanding of and experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware, OpenStack, AWS, etc.

• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure services, including BaaS, IaaS, and DRaaS

• 4+ years of experience as a technical support representative with extensive hands-on troubleshooting

• Excellent communication skills, high energy, positive attitude, and a desire for professional growth

• Detail-oriented and goal-driven with demonstrated technical expertise and consultative abilities

• Capability to independently pursue positive outcomes for assigned tasks

• Must be eligible to work in the designated country without visa sponsorship
