This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide support and ensure a seamless migration experience for all clients of 11:11.
β’ Strategically plan, provision, migrate, and enhance customers' cloud environments.
β’ Deliver migration services in accordance with 11:11 Systems' integration objectives.
β’ Assess incoming migration requests and coordinate technical requirements with the team.
β’ Serve as a technical escalation point for customer migration and integration challenges.
β’ Collaborate and escalate issues with Operations, Infrastructure, Development, and other internal teams.
β’ Take responsibility for project tickets and handle ticket escalations effectively.
β’ Adhere to service management best practices.
β’ Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships.
β’ Address and resolve migration-related incidents and problems.
β’ Work with vendors and escalate tickets to vendor support when necessary.
β’ Improve team efficiency by taking charge of new and diverse requests.
β’ Manage company data and information in compliance with company policies and data-handling agreements.
β’ Complete annual compliance training and acknowledge company policies.
β’ Carry out additional duties as assigned.
β’ A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of recent experience as a hands-on, enterprise VMware administrator.
β’ In-depth knowledge and experience using VMware management tools (vCenter, vCloud Director, VMware Configuration Manager).
β’ Practical experience managing scalable, highly available, and mission-critical virtualized VMware infrastructures.
β’ Proven experience in implementing and managing multiple virtual environments.
β’ Strong understanding of and experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware, OpenStack, AWS, etc.
β’ Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure services such as BaaS, IaaS, and DRaaS.
β’ At least 4 years of experience as a technical support representative with substantial hands-on troubleshooting skills.
β’ Excellent communication skills, high energy, a positive attitude, and a strong desire for professional growth.
β’ Detail-oriented and goal-driven with proven technical knowledge and consultative abilities.
β’ Capable of pursuing positive outcomes for assigned tasks independently.
β’ Must be eligible to work in the assigned country without requiring visa sponsorship.
